Project Manager Timber Construction, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• As project manager, you are the contact person for all questions from customers, architects, specialist planners and employees
• You also prepare work and detail plans
• You are also responsible for personnel allocation for construction site deployments
• Furthermore, you are responsible for tenders, work preparation and site management
• Administrative support of management rounds off your responsible area of tasks
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your wishes

Requirements

• You have completed training as a carpenter EFZ
• Further training as a timber construction technician HF, foreman, site manager, timber construction foreman FA is an advantage but can be undertaken if desired
• Good knowledge of CAD programmes is important (for example with CADwork)
• Do you consider yourself resilient, well organised and customer-oriented?
