For our growing, lively general practice at Lindeplatz in Allschwil, we are looking to complement our team with a motivated and reliable MPA between 30 and 50% with initiative, flexibility and good IT skills.
Tasks
- Reception and patient management including telephone and appointment scheduling, email processing
- Laboratory work such as blood sampling and sample processing
- Medication management and orders for the practice pharmacy
- Diagnostics (ECG, infusions, wound checks, vision checks, etc.)
- Administrative tasks and quality management
- Long-term possibility to take on management tasks
We expect
- Completed vocational training as a medical practice assistant with EFZ
- Confident use of MS Office applications, fluent German in writing and speaking
- Experience working with electronic practice information systems, ideally with Epaad
- Team player, friendly, motivated and resilient personality
- Structured, efficient working style, enjoyment of responsibility and organisation
- Flexible deployment during team absences due to holidays or illness
