Polymechanic with Deputy Role 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a technical specialist who, together with the team leader, drives CNC manufacturing in the large parts sector and actively shapes the production processes.

What to expect:

• You represent the production team leader and assist in the day-to-day operations

• CAM programming with TopSolid as well as programming in ISO code and Heidenhain dialog

• Independent setup, programming and optimisation of manufacturing processes

• Manufacture of large components, gauges and fixtures on modern 5- to 6-axis machining centres

• Planning, control and continuous optimisation of production workflows

• Responsibility for tools, operating resources and material disposition

• Quality assurance through first-piece and random sample inspections

• Participation in the maintenance of the modern machine park

• Passing on your know-how to apprentices in CNC milling and CAM

What do I need to be successful?

You are a CNC professional with a passion for technology and eager to contribute and share your expertise:

• Training as a Polymechanic with Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)

• Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally with large parts

• Solid knowledge in CAM programming, preferably with TopSolid

• Enjoy taking responsibility and sharing your knowledge

• Independent and solution-oriented working style

• Very good German language skills

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
