Your areas of activity with us
- You participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of the continuing education offer in the field of Case Management (including budget and personnel planning, monitoring and evaluation of CAS theses, work related to the promotion of the offer).
- You collaborate on research projects in the field of Case Management; you plan, acquire, implement, lead and evaluate initial research and development projects.
- You write your first scientific and specialised publications.
- You participate in colloquia, congresses and events by presenting your own contributions.
- You participate as needed in teaching in the bachelor programme (you give courses and supervise student study work, internships and bachelor theses).
- You assume other content-related and organisational tasks within the Institute of Social Security and Social Policy.
Your background, ideally
- Consecutive master’s degree (MSc, MA) in Social Work or a related discipline mandatory (in progress or obtained)
- Several years of professional experience in Case Management / professional reintegration or related fields
- Continuing education in the field of Case Management (an advantage)
- Knowledge of empirical social research
- Initial experience in higher education or motivation to gain such experience, including to pursue continuing education in university didactics
- Excellent command of French and German (spoken and written)
- Willingness to build a reputation in higher education and research, commitment to own professional development and interest in a doctorate
