Head of Nursing / Registered Nurse, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take on the organisational, professional, personnel and administrative leadership of a nursing team
• You will work as part of the nursing management team and implement quality standards
• Furthermore, you will be involved in the development and optimisation of nursing processes
• You will also be the contact person for internal and external bodies
• You will share responsibility for trainees
• The workload can be between 80% and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse (for foreign applicants, SRK recognition is required)
• You also bring professional experience in long-term care, although this is not mandatory
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience or are willing to undertake leadership training
• Are you also a sociable, well-organised and cooperative nursing manager?
