You don’t just want to accompany projects, but actively co-manage them? Then you are right with us.
As a Finance Business Partner at RUAG Real Estate – the real estate provider of RUAG – you are close to our construction and real estate projects and ensure that financial management, transparency, and structure work in everyday project life.
You bring clarity to costs, budgets, and project progress, keep an overview of investments and variances, and ensure that numbers not only add up but also become effective in the project.
In doing so, you work closely with project managers and departments – pragmatically, reliably, and on equal footing. At the same time, you actively shape our controlling and financial processes: You further develop structures, optimize tools, and ensure that we can manage our projects financially cleanly and efficiently. This way, finance becomes an integral part of project implementation with us.
