Abacus Consultant: in HR and Finance (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will help shape advanced and efficient HR management by supporting companies with your expertise in business informatics and HR. You will work with the flexible and versatile Abacus HR software and use its capabilities to digitalise HR processes holistically. As a business informatics Abacus HR consultant, you analyse existing HR workflows, identify optimisation potentials, and implement these purposefully in the software. You coordinate the implementation of digital HR processes and ensure that the solutions used are convincing both professionally and technically. In doing so, you contribute significantly to making your clients’ HR organisations more modern, efficient, and transparent.
Responsibilities:
- You take on project management in the areas of payroll, HR portals, and HR processes
- In this role, you install and configure the Abacus HR software solution
- As a business informatics Abacus HR consultant, you train clients in using the solution
- You provide professional and technical support to clients during ongoing operations
- In this role, you work closely with developers to implement software extensions optimally for clients
Qualifications:
- You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship or have a school-leaving certificate (Matura)
- You have successfully completed further education at HF/FH level or are studying for a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business informatics
- Ideally, you have experience as an ERP/HR project manager, preferably with Abacus HR and payroll
- You have solid knowledge in information and process management, conception, and business analysis
- You work independently, are IT-savvy, and enjoy understanding and optimising existing processes
- You are characterised by an analytical way of thinking and working and have an interest in learning new things
