Tasks
- Responsible for time recording including controlling, month-end closing, training, consulting
- Entering master data of new employees in the ERP system Abacus
- Responsible for the exit process
- Preparing statistics and evaluations in Excel
- Organising and conducting events for professionals and clients
- Administrative support in the recruitment process
Profile
- Commercial basic training EFZ
- At least five years of professional experience in the commercial sector
- Professional experience in the HR field
- Further training as an HR administrator is an advantage
- Service-oriented personality with high self-organisation and precise working method
- Very good PC user skills (Microsoft 365)
- Differentiated oral and written expression in German
