Your Tasks

• Holistic support and careful monitoring of patients: You actively support the individual needs of patients and promote the achievement of their health goals through comprehensive and empathetic care.
• Trustful collaboration within the interdisciplinary team: In close cooperation with the nursing team and other specialist departments, you ensure a smooth and efficient care process.
• Responsible handling of administrative tasks: Through precise documentation and structured organisation, you significantly contribute to the optimal design of care processes.

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ: You possess solid training and bring extensive expertise in the professional care of patients.
• Experience in acute care: Your practical experience enables you to respond flexibly and competently to changing demands while ensuring high-quality care at all times.
• Very good German language skills: You communicate confidently and clearly—both orally and in writing—and thereby promote smooth teamwork as well as empathetic communication with patients.
