Software Project Manager Intralogistics 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Are you a communicative, service-oriented personality with a computer science or software education? Do you have experience in managing software projects in intralogistics and are familiar with WMS/WCS/MFS solutions from practice? We are looking for a team player who sets priorities, takes responsibility and successfully leads customer projects to success.

What you will achieve with us

• You manage software projects for intralogistics systems and are responsible for deadlines, costs, quality and resources
• You are the central contact person for our customers in all software, process and project matters, from project start to final acceptance
• You verify requirements together with customers and specialist departments, finalise the solution concept and transfer it into a realistic project plan with clear milestones
• You control and coordinate the software development project teams and ensure interdisciplinary exchange with the other teams of electrical/mechanics, commissioning and integration
• You keep an eye on risks, change requests and budget, actively control and report transparently to the customer and management
• With result-oriented project management, you ensure smooth and timely acceptance of milestones and systems

What you bring with you

• A technical basic education with further training as a computer science, electrical or mechanical engineer FH/ETH/TU/HF or with an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in managing software projects, preferably in intralogistics or automation
• Very good knowledge of intralogistics processes and automation solutions as well as WMS/WCS/MFS systems
• Sound knowledge of project management methods, both classical and agile
• Understanding of software development
• Communication skills, negotiation skills and the ability to confidently lead customers and interdisciplinary teams
• Willingness to work at customer sites in an international environment
• Team spirit, flexibility and an independent way of working
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written; additional foreign languages are a plus
