Role:
In this responsible leadership role in vascular surgery, you independently care for outpatient and inpatient patients and ensure high-quality care. You plan and perform vascular surgical operations independently, bringing your solid expertise and clinical judgement to bear. You also participate in on-call duties, thus contributing significantly to continuous patient care. Another focus is on the training and supervision of assistant doctors, where you pass on your expertise in a structured manner. A medical degree, specialist title in vascular surgery, very good German skills, and a committed, empathetic personality are required.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you take on the operational and strategic management of the vascular surgery department.
- You lead and develop the medical team both professionally and personally.
- As a leadership figure in vascular surgery, you ensure high-quality, guideline-compliant patient care.
- You are responsible for planning, performing, and supervising vascular surgical procedures.
- In this role, you work interdisciplinarily with other departments and promote constructive collaboration.
- You are committed to the further development of processes, quality standards, and innovations in vascular surgery.
Qualifications:
- You have completed professional training and have several years of professional experience at a professional level.
- You independently analyse complex issues and find well-founded, practical solutions.
- You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your own areas of work and delivering results on time.
- You communicate clearly and appropriately with different stakeholders.
- You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
- You bring the willingness to continuously develop professionally and learn new things.
