Deputy Head of Assembly & Service with Development Prospects (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Support in the professional and personnel management of the assembly and supervisor team
Co-responsibility for the planning, control and quality assurance of international assembly projects
Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as engineering, sales and project management
Participation in the establishment and further development of external partners, service providers and subcontractors
Contact person for customers, suppliers and business partners regarding assembly and service matters
Responsibility for the management and optimisation of material stocks and used components
Analysis of existing processes as well as implementation of improvement and optimisation measures
Support in scheduling, resource management and cost monitoring

Your Profile
Several years of professional experience in assembly, service or technical project environment
Initial leadership experience or motivation to develop into a leadership role
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
High social competence, organisational talent and confident appearance
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
Confident handling of digital work tools and ERP systems
Enjoyment of change processes and interest in modern working methods
Willingness for occasional international assignments
Technical basic training in plant engineering, mechanical engineering, construction environment or a comparable field
