Job Description
You are a smiling person, naturally service-oriented and enjoy contact with a varied clientele. Your positive attitude, flexibility and ability to work as part of a team will be essential assets for success in this role.
As a Receptionist, you ensure the welcome and support of guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure. You manage check-ins and check-outs, reservations, enquiries as well as various administrative tasks related to reception. You ensure a personalised and attentive service, while guaranteeing excellent communication between the different hotel departments.
Profile Sought
You have experience in hotel reception, ideally gained in a 3-star, 4-star or 5-star establishment. You have a perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written, and ideally speak a third language. Available and flexible, you are ready to work variable hours, both mornings and evenings, as well as weekends. Your sense of service, neat appearance, autonomy and above all your positive attitude will make the difference.
