Mechatronics Technician/Diagnostic Technical Support 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Technical customer support and advice for service partners and customers

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, modifications and updates, including parameterising and testing Palfinger products

• Maintenance work on site at customers with service van - you keep the systems fit

• Administrative tasks, including warranty and goodwill processing with the factory

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical vocational training with practical experience (e.g. as agricultural machinery, construction machinery, truck mechanic or mechatronics technician)

• Ideally completed training as a diagnostician

• Enthusiasm for the latest technology in commercial vehicles and superstructures

• Identification with the industry and enjoyment of customer contact

• Independent, solution-oriented and reliable personality
