We are looking for you as:

CNC Mechanic / Manufacturing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Manufacture of individual parts & small series: Producing highly precise components and prototypes on CNC and conventional machines.

• Process responsibility: Independently setting up, programming, and operating the production equipment.

• Quality control: Performing initial sample inspections, intermediate measurements, and precise documentation.

• Assembly of assemblies: Fine fitting and assembly of complex mechanical assemblies

• Basic training: Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, or a comparable mechanical training.

• CNC experience: Confident handling of modern CNC turning or milling machines (e.g. Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens) including program correction and setup process.

• Drawing proficiency: Routine in reading technical drawings, production documents, and CAD/CAM data.

• Quality assurance: Skilled use of classical and optical/3D measuring instruments to maintain the smallest tolerances.

• Assembly & workshop practice: Experience in assembling mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic components as well as basic knowledge in conventional machining.
