Tasks
- Übernahme der Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Bewohnenden.
- Begleitung und Unterstützung der Lernenden im Pflegealltag.
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses im Team.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF.
- Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege oder im Akutbereich.
- Sehr gute Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache.

About the job
The Foundation Living in Old Age in Hinwil offers a home to around 90 elderly and care-dependent people. Across four departments, spread over two buildings, as well as in 29 retirement apartments – some with services – we are committed daily to ensuring that our residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
For our care home in Hinwil, we are looking for committed and ambitious individuals for the care pool by arrangement as
Qualified Nurse HF, Health Specialist, or SRK Care Assistant
who gladly take responsibility and want to actively contribute.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Taking over basic and treatment care as well as supporting residents according to their wishes and biographies
- Accompanying trainees in everyday care
- Designing and implementing the care process within the framework of the key worker concept
- Professional support, advice, and guidance within the team
- Implementation of the care process and documentation of care using Care Coach
- Performance recording with RAI
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF
- Professional experience in long-term care and/or acute care
- Open and innovative personality with strong social skills
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Initiative, independence, reliability
- RAI and Care Coach knowledge desired
- Very good communication skills in German, both spoken and written
