For our gerontopsychiatric ward at Tertianum Gartenhof in the Zurich region, we are looking for a
Health Specialist EFZ 70-100 %
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Assuming responsibilities as a nursing key person
- Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of care needs with RAI for assigned guests
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Assuming daily responsibility
- Taking on tasks as a topic leader in a specialist area and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
