We are looking for plant operators (m/f/d) for a position in the food industry in the Emmental - Bern region.

Job Description

• You are responsible for operating and monitoring the assigned packaging and production equipment.
• You professionally guide the team members assigned to you on the line and ensure smooth production processes.
• You regularly carry out product quality checks and reliably adhere to our quality and hygiene standards, ensuring our customers always have the tastiest product in Switzerland available.
• You complete production reports regularly and accurately.
• You always keep an eye on the production schedule and correctly account for production orders.

We Expect

• You have a basic EFZ qualification in the food sector (plant operator, machine operator, cook, butcher, or in food or dairy technology).
• You have a strong technical flair for machines as well as an excellent awareness of hygiene.
• You already have some experience with system applications using SAP.
• You are flexible, mobile, and willing to work in shifts (3-shift system).
• You have very good oral and written German skills (at least B1).
