The KSVA is an independent public-law institution that manages and coordinates the activities of the compensation office of the Canton of Fribourg, the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office, and the Central Services. It thus forms a unique centre of expertise for all first-pillar social insurances for insured persons and companies in the Canton of Fribourg.

Your tasks
In the "Contributions" section of the compensation office:
- Analysis and determination of contributions for a portfolio of insured persons (employers, self-employed, non-employed)
- Responding to correspondence: in writing, by telephone, or during a personal meeting
- Managing the files of the insured persons
- Providing information to the insured persons
Desired profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a merchant or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of common IT programmes
- Outgoing personality and skill in dealing with people
- Experience in social insurances would be an advantage
- Fluency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language
