Role:
In this role, you will take on the medical leadership in the field of rehabilitation and orthopaedics and actively shape the strategic and operational direction of medical care. You are responsible for professional leadership as well as interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You bring your expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation or orthopaedic surgery and continuously develop diagnostic and therapeutic concepts. In addition, you promote knowledge transfer within the medical and therapeutic teams and contribute to the training and further education of professionals. Through your high level of expertise and commitment, you significantly shape the development of modern, patient-oriented rehabilitation and orthopaedic concepts.
Responsibilities:
- As Medical Director Rehabilitation and Orthopaedics, you independently care for general practitioner patients in primary care.
- You ensure the best possible and continuous medical care.
- In this role, you work closely within the team and take on collegial representation duties.
- As Medical Director Rehabilitation and Orthopaedics, you actively support the further development of practice offerings.
- You participate in internal and external training to continuously improve treatment quality.
Qualifications:
- You have completed studies and specialist training in physical medicine and rehabilitation, orthopaedic surgery, or rheumatology.
- Ideally, you have completed or are close to completing further training in sports medicine SEMS (January 2027).
- Holistic, patient-oriented care is a matter of course for you.
- You work solution-oriented, cooperatively, and appreciate interdisciplinary teamwork.
- You are familiar with electronic medical records.
- You communicate empathetically, have strong communication skills, and very good German language skills (at least level B2).
