INTERNAL SALES CLERK (SALES SUPPORT)

For our Bedano office, we are looking for an internal sales clerk to join our sales team.
Your main responsibilities
- Provide advice to customers by phone and email
- Prepare quotes for heating system installers, in collaboration with the external sales service
- Enter and manage sales orders
- Coordinate deliveries, returns and logistics activities in collaboration with Customer Service
- Handle complaints, transport issues and warranty cases
- Carry out administrative activities related to sales (sending technical documentation, updating customer database, issuing credit notes, etc.)
- Participate in company events with customers
Your profile
- Basic training in the heating and sanitary sector
- Several years of experience in the heating sector, in sales, customer service or technical office
- Good knowledge of the regional and Swiss market
- Excellent communication skills and a team-working attitude
- Precision, organisation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the German language is a plus
