Job Description
Within the company's Occupational Health & Safety department, you contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the OHS policy.
You support managers and teams in risk prevention and the development of a sustainable safety culture.
Your main responsibilities
• Analyse OHS events, ensure follow-up of corrective actions and reporting of indicators.
• Facilitate and support the OHS relay network.
• Advise managers on topics related to occupational health and safety.
• Manage various OHS projects (PPE, ergonomics, training, work at height, job instructions).
• Ensure the monitoring of first aid equipment and OHS documentation.
• Participate in coordinating work with the Maintenance and Building teams.
Profile sought
Your profile:
• Specialised training in occupational health and safety (MSST, federal OHS certificate or equivalent).
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of industrial processes and interest in technical aspects.
• Knowledge of mechanics and/or maintenance is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• English level B2.
• Autonomy, rigour, organisational skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in managing operational projects.
