What is my role?

• Operation, setup and monitoring of production plants and machines

• Carrying out changeover and adjustment work on various systems

• Ensuring a smooth production process

• Performing quality checks and documenting production data

• Maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of machines and systems

• Compliance with safety and quality regulations

• Collaboration with other departments to optimise production processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in industrial production

• Sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of production plants

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Independent, precise and responsible working style

• Willingness to work shifts

• Teamwork and flexibility

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
