Customer Success Manager
Job Description
Are you the person who does not manage customer relationships but shapes them?
This is what gets you up in the morning:
- You accompany our customers during onboarding to the Managed Services and ensure that the start is right from the beginning.
- You continuously and proactively support your customers, are regularly on site and know their business, goals and stumbling blocks.
- You enable your customers to get the maximum benefit from our services – adoption, use of new service components, meaningful further development.
- You recognise risks and recurring patterns early and address them before they become problems.
- You identify additional needs, promote cross- and upselling and hand over cleanly to presales.
- You strengthen customer loyalty and are jointly responsible for contract renewals with the team leads.
- You systematically feedback customer feedback to our product owners and team leads and thus become the voice of the customer in our service roadmap.
We expect from you:
- You bring several years of experience in customer support in the IT service environment – as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Service Manager or from a consultancy-related technical role.
- You have a solid technical understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure and can speak with engineers on equal terms without having to be an engineer yourself. You bring certifications such as MS-900 or AZ-900 or will acquire them with us.
- You think entrepreneurially: contract, margin, renewal and growth potential are not foreign words to you.
- You work proactively rather than reactively – you do not wait for escalations but approach customers.
- You convince through communication and moderation skills, can prepare and confidently conduct service reviews and move confidently between technical teams and decision-makers on the customer side.
- You work independently, structured and relationship-oriented and are willing to be regularly on site with your customers.
- You have a confident command of German; good English skills are an advantage, French an additional plus.
If that sounds interesting to you, then we should talk. These are very exciting times to come on board at isolutions!
