ICT Engineer Azure 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

This is what you can achieve:

• Operation and further development of our Microsoft Azure platform
• Participation in exciting cloud and infrastructure projects
• Implementation and optimisation of Azure services
• Automation of infrastructure and operational processes
• Development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines
• Support with cloud migrations and modernisation initiatives
• Monitoring, analysis, and optimisation of the cloud environment
• Participation in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Evaluation and introduction of new cloud technologies

This is what you bring with you:

• Completed training or degree (FH/HF/Uni) in computer science
• Initial practical experience with Microsoft Azure or strong interest in developing further in this area
• Basic knowledge in cloud, network, or server infrastructures
• Interest in automation, scripting, and modern cloud technologies
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Terraform, or Azure DevOps is an advantage
• Interest in security, governance, and cloud operations topics
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Team spirit, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new technologies
