About the job
- You treat patients with subacute psychological and/or social problems in the day clinic setting.
- In your daily work, you lead group therapies and accompany patients through the structured therapy process.
- As part of your role, you encounter a variety of psychiatric disorders and work closely with an interdisciplinary team from the fields of medicine, psychology, nursing, and therapy.
- At our location in Uznach, you participate in reports, supervision, and further training.
- Together with the team, you also engage in public relations work.
- You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH and bring experience in psychiatry (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check for foreign diplomas required).
- You enjoy planning and conducting group therapies and consider it one of your strengths.
- Your interest lies in day clinic, interdisciplinary treatment oriented to the needs of patients and their environment.
- You communicate openly, empathetically, and appreciatively with patients as well as your team colleagues.
- You are characterised by an independent working style and high resilience.
