Function

Tasks

• Cancellation of already reimbursed services in KVG/VVG
• Processing and posting of incoming payments in the area of coordination recoveries (KVG)
• Verification of incoming payments for completeness and accuracy
• Posting and maintenance of relevant data in the system
• Conducting clarifications with insured persons as well as external service providers (doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, etc.)
• Telephone and written contact with internal and external stakeholders
• Clarification and processing of discrepancies and queries in the payment process
• Close cooperation within a small team with a high degree of independence in daily work
• Application of a strong numerical understanding as well as careful, structured working methods
• Possibility for home office after successful induction (up to 2 days per week)

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Preferably initial further training in HR / clerical work
• Confident handling of common IT and software applications
• Precise, reliable and efficient working style
• Work experience (ideally 2-3 years) at a health insurance company is mandatory
• Good German skills, French and Italian skills are a plus
