You will lead demanding engineering and qualification projects in the GMP-regulated pharmaceutical and life sciences environment.
Your tasks:
- Management of engineering, infrastructure, and qualification projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility study and conception to commissioning
- Development of technical concepts and feasibility studies, as well as functional specifications
- Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as management of internal and external stakeholders
- Identification of optimisation potentials in production, laboratory, packaging, and infrastructure areas
- Risk analysis, decision-making, and reporting to steering committees and management bodies
- Commissioning planning and its coordination
- Support for various projects based on our portfolio
- Support of business development and sales in customer consultations, presentations, and tender processes
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, EU-GMP, Annex 1 and Annex 15) together with the project team
- Conducting training sessions as well as professional support and development of employees
Your profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering and in the regulated life sciences environment
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical processes as well as production and infrastructure facilities
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations (GxP, Annex 1, Annex 15, FDA and EU-GMP guidelines)
- Several years of experience in project management and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Knowledge of SIA standards is an advantage
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
