What impact do you have?
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001) tailored to Migros Online's needs.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and internal controls across infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
- Conduct IT risk assessments and drive mitigation measures in cooperation with engineering, security, and business teams
- Prepare and support internal and external IT audits; ensure compliance with Swiss and EU regulations (e.g., DSG/DSGVO, FINMA-relevant guidelines, SECO).
- Define, monitor, and report on IT KPIs and governance metrics for management.
- Ensure alignment of IT projects and investments with business strategy, security requirements, and risk appetite.
- Act as a central contact point for IT governance topics, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, technology teams, and auditors.
- Promote awareness of IT governance, risk, and compliance best practices within the organization.
What do you offer?
- Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3+ years IT governance, risk management, or IT audit
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and standards (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Strong knowledge of Swiss/EU data protection law (DSG, DSGVO); experience with FINMA requirements is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and balance compliance requirements with business agility.
