• Contact person for authorities, offices, internal and external clients
• Management and coordination of interdisciplinary and cross-departmental project teams as well as external planners/partners
• Responsibility for development, planning, execution, quality, deadlines, and cost control according to internal processes
• Support in development and analysis processes of existing buildings
• Assistance in the evaluation of acquisitions

• Office locations Gossau (St. Gallen) and Dietikon

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, supplemented by further education in Business Administration
• At least 5 years of professional experience as client representation and/or project management of large buildings
• Solid knowledge of the real estate and construction industry as well as a current network
• Good knowledge of SAP and Messerli
• German spoken and written, Italian welcome
