For the anaesthesia consultation, we are looking for a highly motivated Medical Practice Assistant (80%) from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
As part of the centralisation of our clinics, we are looking for flexible personalities who enjoy varied tasks and diverse assignments in our outpatient clinics.
Your tasks
- Organisation, coordination and preparation of consultations / surgery registrations
- Case opening / visit handling (PDMS & SAP)
- Processing of post and e-mails as well as handling telephone enquiries
- Active collection, checking and follow-up of missing documents from patients
- General administrative tasks / processing of Q-lists
- Close organisational and administrative support of the chief physician
- Responsibility for the correct time recording of senior physicians and team colleagues
- Creation, coordination and continuous optimisation of weekly and duty rosters
- Supervision and quality assurance of processes in the "Blood Bank" area
- Assumption of delegated special tasks
You bring with you
- Completed training as an MPA
- Perfect German skills in spoken and written form, French desirable, any additional foreign language skills are welcome
- Strong social competence and excellent communication skills
