Administrative Employee Fixed-Term Contract 80-100%
What you will make happen
You support employees facing problems in the labor market and help them assert their rights. To do this, you work closely with colleagues from our various sectors and our legal department. With your determination and commitment, you effectively defend our members and achieve better working conditions in the sectors covered by our union. In this context, your tasks mainly consist of:
- Providing appropriate answers to basic questions from our members and non-members or directing the person to the competent service
- Forwarding requests to the competent persons
- Individual management of members and assessment of their needs
- Managing phone calls, emails, and welcoming members
- Managing members' contributions
- Administrative support to the Lausanne section as well as the region
- Participation in organizing various events
What you bring
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
- Comfort with numbers
- Professional experience ideally in a customer service, telephone center
- Ability to converse with people from very different backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative spirit, you are a committed and organized personality with good stress management
- Ability to work independently while being comfortable in a team
- Excellent knowledge of French (spoken and written). Other languages an asset: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools such as: MS Office
