Your mission
- Ensure the proper administrative and rental management of the properties
- Create and monitor purchase orders and quotes
- Prepare according to the directives given by the managers: lease, amendment, rent increase notification, instalment plan and notification, correspondence, meeting notes, minutes
- Respond to rental enquiries
- Follow up on tenant complaints/requests
- Receive and process invoices
- Archiving, filing, digitisation
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC, preferably in property management
- Practical experience in property management mandatory
- Native French speaker, German knowledge B1, English an asset
- Excellent command of MS Office, MS Dynamics/XRM, Garaio REM
- Open-minded, rigorous, client and service oriented
