Polymechanic 5-Axis CNC & CAM (m/f/d)
Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Polymechanic 5-Axis CNC & CAM. As an employer, the company offers a modern production environment for highly precise mechanical components and demanding machining tasks. Responsibilities:
Programming and manufacturing of demanding workpieces using 5-axis CNC and CAM
Creation, simulation, and optimisation of CAM machining programmes
Independent setup and operation of 5-axis CNC machining centres
Selection of suitable tools, clamping devices, and cutting parameters
Optimisation of machining strategies with regard to productivity and manufacturing quality
Inspection of workpieces using appropriate measuring and testing equipment
Ensuring precise and reproducible CNC manufacturing
Qualifications:
Training as a Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
Solid experience in 5-axis CNC machining
Very good knowledge of CAM programming
Confident handling of technical drawings, manufacturing tolerances, and metrology
Good German language skills
