About the job
Manager: Talent Management & Development 80-100%- You are responsible for our international Management Trainee Programme throughout the entire cycle, from recruitment through deployment planning to supporting participants and involved managers.
- You oversee the internship and thesis student programmes and coordinate collaboration with universities as well as internal stakeholders.
- You continuously develop our talent programmes and ensure their sustainable impact and quality.
- You support our managers in identifying, accompanying, and promoting internal talents and assist in implementing our talent management process.
- You design and implement talent and development initiatives as well as formats such as Company Days, onboarding programmes, and other learning and networking events.
- You lead or support HR projects in the area of talent management and personnel development and actively contribute to conceptual advancements.
- You work closely with managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders and advise them on talent development matters.
- Advanced training with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organisational Development.
- Several years of experience in talent management, personnel development, learning & development, or human resources.
- Experience in leading or coordinating projects and enthusiasm for successfully implementing concepts.
- Strong communication and consulting skills as well as a confident manner with various stakeholders.
- Conceptual and analytical strength combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented working style (hands-on mentality).
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as high initiative.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
