Main Tasks
You plan, coordinate, and supervise a group of assembly workers in their daily deployment. Your main tasks include:
- Planning of assembly and disassembly on a daily basis.
- Data entry and maintenance in the systems.
- Preparation of invoices, credit notes, and quotations.
- Account assignment and verification of incoming invoices in the technical area.
- Creation and maintenance of various reports.
- Management of keys.
- Close collaboration with and support of team leaders.
- Acting as the hub between internal departments, technical scheduling, and field force.
- Ensuring daily order completion.
Education
- You have completed training in the commercial sector or retail with professional experience.
Profile
- You possess organisational and planning skills.
- You are resilient, assertive, and think in a connected and analytical manner.
- You work independently, have a quick grasp, and are flexible.
- You are a team player, communicative, and work responsibly.
- You speak business fluent German and French; English skills are an advantage.
