Chartering Coordinator

Company specialised in luxury boat rental on Lake Geneva is looking for an independent chartering professional to provide occasional and flexible cover for the Chartering Manager.

You will take over autonomously and ensure the continuity of the activity during their absences: managing bookings and customer requests, liaising with boat owners, coordinating the logistics of outings and planning skippers.

A flexible, variable requirement

Depending on the periods, your involvement may take different forms:

• 1 to 2 fixed days per week annually;

• cover during the Chartering Manager’s holidays and rest days (busier periods, which may last several weeks, or even 1 to 2 months)

• a workload that you can increase or decrease quickly according to our needs.

The profile we are looking for

• experienced in luxury hospitality and immediately operational;

• very flexible and available to adapt to variable periods;

• perfectly autonomous, able to take over ongoing files without an integration period;

• reliable, organised, with excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service;

• fluent French and C1 English mandatory; boat licence required; comfortable with booking software;

• independent/freelance profile.
