Your tasks
- Ensure regular inspection of indoor and outdoor areas;
- Guarantee cleanliness and good condition of facilities (sanitary facilities, common areas, car parks, etc.);
- Report faults and technical malfunctions promptly;
- Manage alarms and respond appropriately according to procedures;
- Coordinate interventions with partner companies;
- Contribute to providing a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
Your profile
- Handy and versatile, with good skills for minor technical repairs;
- Good knowledge of cleaning and basic maintenance;
- Comfortable with IT and digital tools;
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Category B driving licence and personal vehicle essential;
- Ideally residing in the Bassecourt/Delémont region;
- Reliable and impeccable person (extract from criminal record and debt enforcement office certificate required).
