We are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f) for the newly opened café in Chur
Your tasks:
- Independent management of a service station including cash handling
- Attending to guests and recommending specialties
- Proper operation of the cash register systems
- Independent settlement of service sales for the daily closing
- Mise en place tasks and cleaning work according to the hygiene plan
Your profile:
- Training in gastronomy as well as several years of professional experience in a lively establishment
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service and a lively, positive personality
- Good German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
