On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F).
Your future responsibilities:
- You will ensure corrective maintenance of installations by identifying the causes of malfunctions and defining appropriate actions.
- You will diagnose faults and prepare interventions to ensure a rapid restoration of equipment.
- You will carry out maintenance operations in compliance with safety rules, internal procedures and applicable standards.
- You will check the proper functioning of equipment after each intervention and validate their return to service.
- You will plan and perform preventive maintenance operations to limit production downtime.
- You will propose technical improvements aimed at increasing the performance and reliability of installations.
- You will manage spare parts and coordinate orders with suppliers.
- You will develop and maintain quality relationships with partners and external service providers.
- You will work closely with production teams and various departments to optimise equipment performance.
- You will participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance methods and operational processes.
- You will complete intervention reports and ensure the updating of work orders in management tools.
- You will contribute to maintaining a safe, reliable working environment that complies with quality and safety requirements.
Your profile:
- You hold a Technician ES diploma in industrial systems, microtechnology or an equivalent qualification.
- You apply your expertise in industrial automation and numerical controls such as Fanuc, Siemens or similar systems.
- You have solid knowledge of electrotechnics and mechanics applied to the industrial environment.
- You are proficient with common IT tools as well as software dedicated to the industrial environment, notably SAP.
- You adopt a methodical, rigorous and problem-solving approach.
- You analyse technical situations with discernment and propose appropriate solutions.
- You enjoy teamwork and promote effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- You communicate clearly, constructively and professionally with your internal and external partners.
- You have knowledge of English and/or German, an asset for working in an international environment.
- You are willing to work shift hours (2x8) and demonstrate flexibility.
- You show excellent organisational skills, autonomy and adaptability to priorities.
