What you can achieve
- Coaching the network team within the framework of SAFe: Moderation of events (e.g. PI plannings, retrospectives, Inspect & Adapt) and promotion of agile values
- Supporting the Product Owner in implementing professional priorities through methodical coaching and team development
- Technical work in the network environment (LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, routing & switching) including ensuring stability and security
- Promoting knowledge transfer, pairing, and mentoring within the team
- Participation in network projects (e.g. segmentation, cloud integration, new technologies, SDN)
- Interface to other SAFe teams as well as participation in the Agile Release Train
What you bring with you
- Completed IT training or studies (FH / university) with a focus on network technology
- Several years of experience in operating and further developing Cisco-based networks
- Experience as a team coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach, ideally in the SAFe environment
- Cisco certifications (e.g. CCNP, CCIE) or willingness to obtain them
- Solid knowledge in routing, switching, firewalling, and network security
- Strong moderation and coaching skills as well as enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
