Deputy to the Head of Office - Head of High-Risk Cases Unit at 90%
- SPNE99
- The OESP, attached to the SPNE, carries out the tasks assigned by the penal code to the execution authority and the probation authority. It prepares and makes administrative decisions regarding the application of penal sanctions imposed on adult individuals. It ensures the monitoring and control of the application of decisions with a view to risk management, prevention of new offenses, and social integration.
- As part of your role, you actively participate in the implementation of sentences imposed on adult individuals, taking into account the different execution regimes. At the same time, you provide probation or social assistance to detained individuals and monitor compliance with conduct rules. As a superior, you participate in the strategic and operational management of the office, as well as in the supervision of teams by fostering a stimulating, collaborative, and meaningful work environment conducive to collective performance. Furthermore, you take part in administrative and financial management and contribute to the development of the budget as well as its monitoring. Networking, both internally and externally, is an essential lever for your missions, and it is your responsibility to develop it. Finally, you lead the unit responsible for individuals sentenced who present a risk to the community, contribute to the management meetings of the service, and substitute for the head of the office in all his tasks.
- Holder of a master's degree relevant to the position or an equivalent qualification, you have several years of experience in a leadership and team management role. You possess solid knowledge in the fields of criminal law, judicial, administrative, or the execution of penal sanctions, which you apply rigorously in the performance of your duties. Your legal and writing skills are recognized, accompanied by a great capacity for adaptation and a strong resistance to stress. Moreover, your interpersonal skills allow you to represent the authority with clarity and professionalism, even in sensitive contexts or with various interlocutors.
Prerequisites: residency in Switzerland; category B driving license; clean criminal record and extract from the debt collection register. You will be sworn in.
