Senior Cross-Border Project Specialist (80 - 100%)

What are your tasks:

Ensuring and continuously developing a holistic and effective cross-border framework (including methods, processes and reporting, with targeted use of automation and AI technologies)

Responsibility for planning, coordinating and implementing demanding cross-border projects with high visibility

Central specialist office for cross-border issues: advice, coordination and close cooperation with relationship managers, sparring partner for market heads and senior management

Analysis, development and further development of cross-border relevant guidelines, decision bases and reports including AI-supported analysis and reporting tools

Active participation in shaping and further developing cross-border governance, process and operating models

Collaboration and substantive support in internal audits as well as regulatory examinations

What do we expect?

Completed university or university of applied sciences degree (business, law, finance or comparable)

Several years of professional experience in the cross-border area in the financial industry, necessarily in the "first line of defence" in the private clients environment, consulting experience is a plus

Sound knowledge in project and stakeholder management combined with excellent communication skills in German and English

Very good knowledge of the (front) core processes of a bank as well as relevant national and international regulatory topics (e.g. CRD VI, MiFID II, FIDLEG, AMLA)

Specific expertise in operational risks, key risk indicators, risk & control self-assessment as well as testing and documentation of controls

Proactive, resilient, self-confident personality with an analytical, pragmatic and results-oriented mindset as well as a pronounced change and development mentality
