This is your task
Our kitchen team is responsible for the healthy, balanced nutrition of the residents, which also includes the preparation of various diets. Additionally, guests are treated to culinary offerings during the day in the public restaurant Brunnen. Creative menus for banquets, celebrations and other occasions complete the wide range of kitchen tasks. During the apprenticeship, you will go through all areas from production to the restaurant kitchen.
