Polymechanic (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Programming, setting up and operating CNC turning centres (multi-channel, multitasking, with robot and bar feeder)

• Optimising process parameters regarding manufacturing stability and efficiency (production in ghost shift)

• Independent quality and dimensional monitoring

• Maintenance and care of machines as well as operating resources

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

• At least 10 years of experience in setting up and operating multi-axis CNC turning centres

• Very good knowledge of CNC programming, ideally on Fanuc and Siemens controls

• High technical understanding as well as entrepreneurial thinking

• Team player, resilient and solution-oriented
