As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for
a Level 3 Support Technician
Responsibilities :
Provide level 3 technical support by responding to incidents and resolving problems efficiently and effectively
Analyze and diagnose complex technical problems, identifying root causes and proposing appropriate solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve incidents and ensure service continuity
Participate in projects
Contribute to the documentation of technical procedures and best practices, and to the continuous improvement of support processes
Ensure clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on incident progress
Participate in on-call duty
Profile sought :
Certified training recognized in Switzerland or equivalent in the IT field
You have at least 5 years of experience, ideally in an IT services company
English B2
Driver's license
Residence in the Lake Geneva region mandatory
- Technical skills :
- Strong skills in problem solving and technical diagnosis, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents
- Expertise in Windows operating systems
- Mastery of virtualized environments VMware, Hyper-V as well as associated solutions VDI, Citrix and Omnissa
- Good networking skills, a plus
- Very good knowledge of backup tools (Veeam....)
- Operation of storage solutions
- Personal qualities :
- Rigor and organization, ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Autonomy
- Strong sense of service, listening skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Good writing skills.
