CARBAGAS AG, a company of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies high-quality gasses for industrial and medical application among others. In parallel, the company develops and settles tailored gas systems in technical terms. We are everywhere in your daily life and you do not see us! How will you contribute and grow?
The HR team is organized cross-country and the local HRBPs cover some tasks across the countries. In Switzerland the team is composed of 2 HRBPs and one HR specialist. The VIE will primarly focus on supporting the Carba HR team for the on going HR transformation, especially with on the topics of Learning & Development but also Training & Qualifications. Moreover, the VIE will support the team on operational HR topics such as blue collars recruitment. It is expected from the VIE to support the continuous improvement of processus in frame with the implementation of the new HR Target Operating Model (HR TOM).
Organize the Learning & Development and deploy Qualification & Training for Carbagas and Vital Aire Switzerland based on a training needs analysis. In cross-country cooperation with Austria.
You will contribute to this mission by :
training organization (ALU, local providers, cross-country) and administration including documentation in myHR
update and rework of the training catalog for Carbagas (CG) and Air Liquide Austria (ALA)
support the IMS GP03 (responsibility with Operations) from HR side and for documentation purposes including the deployment of Intelex
support and line up of the training process (2025/2026) incl target group analysis, assessment of training needs of the various departments, planning, coordination and implementation of training and development initiatives
support in people development (TCL, ALLEX, VIE,..) initiatives
implementation of D&I initiatives locally (Cotizen@work, handiversity, …) and support of HR projects (ie: onboarding program)
support on E&W recruitments
support on HR administration and TT&A
support on HR Transformation & Processes (AODOC)

Soft and Hard Skills
Must have:
Analytical skills
Ability to work in a team and in a multicultural environment (FR/DE/EN)
High degree of organization as well as structured, independent & autonomous
Eager to learn
Good communication skills

Previous experience within Air Liquide, understanding of a international company
Understanding of industrial environment
Languages
