Your mission
In our small, dynamic team, you are the driving force for trend research and market insights. You recognize opportunities early, develop ideas, and inspire our subsidiaries with relevant insights. You create our trend newsletter, conduct workshops, and position yourself as a competent contact person for innovation topics.

Together with your colleague, you represent our team and work closely with the Chief Business Development Officer – with plenty of freedom, personal responsibility, and international flair.

• Systematic trend scouting: observing and analyzing food, consumer, and societal trends as well as technologies.
• Deriving benefit territories and innovation fields for the HACO Group.
• Creating and maintaining a regular trend newsletter.
• Conducting innovation workshops with internal and external partners.
• Supporting subsidiaries in interpreting insights and developing strategies.
• Participating in trade fairs and innovation forums.

• Several years of experience in market insights, trend scouting, or business development, ideally in FMCG or food.
• Analytical thinking combined with creativity and enthusiasm for innovation.
• Experience with customer journeys, design thinking, or innovation methods.
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills – also internationally.
• Very good German and English skills (French is an advantage).
