Job Description

• Management and coordination of road construction projects
• Leadership and motivation of a team of road construction workers
• Planning and organisation of workflows on the construction site
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Monitoring the use of materials and construction times
• Documentation of work progress and reporting to project management
• Control of work regarding time, quality, and costs

We Expect

• Completed training in road construction or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in road construction, ideally also in team leadership
• Strong team and communication skills
• High personal responsibility, reliability, and decisiveness
• Good knowledge in the use of construction machinery
• Experience in construction site planning and organisation
• Driving licence class B (class C driving licence advantageous)
