- Planning and coordination of transport by road, sea, and air
- Preparation of all necessary shipping and customs documents
- Handling of letter of credit transactions
- Management and maintenance of master data in the ERP system
- Several years of professional experience in export
- Very good IT user skills in MS Office as well as proficient handling of ERP systems
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, service-oriented, and committed working style

Responsibilities
- Main responsibility for customer support from order receipt to product delivery- Planning and coordination of transport by road, sea, and air
- Preparation of all necessary shipping and customs documents
- Handling of letter of credit transactions
- Management and maintenance of master data in the ERP system
Profile
- Commercial basic training as well as completed further education in export- Several years of professional experience in export
- Very good IT user skills in MS Office as well as proficient handling of ERP systems
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, service-oriented, and committed working style
